Fala Delivery: the restaurant asks, iFood answers

Our restaurant product is live. The owner connects iFood and asks, sales, payouts, cancellations, in the assistant they already use.

Orkestia is the backbone that connects software, AI, and the real world. Fala Delivery is our product for restaurants. The owner connects their iFood store and asks, sales, payouts, cancellations, inside the assistant they already use. iFood is GA.

The restaurant does not operate a second console to see yesterday's cancellations. They talk. A typed workflow hits iFood. The history stays on the backbone.

What the owner gets

Connect the iFood store once. Then ask, in the assistant they already have:

  • How were sales today
  • What paid out
  • What was cancelled

The answer is a run, not a screenshot of the iFood panel. Same access control as the rest of Orkestia. The iFood credential stays on the connection.

Fala Delivery is our product. DPWAI and UMPE are customers. Regulado is ours as well, for legal, still coming. The four sit on orkestia.dev/products.

How it sits on the catalog

iFood types are in the catalog. Fala Delivery is the product that uses them for restaurants. If you are building something else on iFood, start from the catalog, not from Fala Delivery's UI.

Connect iFood, then ask

The owner signs in to Fala Delivery, connects the iFood store, and stays in the assistant they already use. The connection is an Orkestia connection underneath. The owner does not see that vocabulary. You, building on the same backbone, do: iFood types in the catalog, same MCP URL, same whoami / schema / start loop.

A first day for a restaurant:

  1. Open faladelivery.com.br.
  2. Connect the iFood store.
  3. Ask for today's sales, then payouts, then cancellations.
  4. If the answer is wrong, the run history is the artefact, not a screenshot of the chat.

If you are not a restaurant and you still need iFood, skip Fala Delivery's UI and start from the catalog. Fala Delivery is the product shaped for the owner. The catalog is the capability list.

DPWAI (farms) and UMPE (the till) are customers on the same backbone. Regulado is ours, for legal, not GA yet. All four: products.
